To ensure a smooth process, please make sure returned items meet a few simple conditions:

  2. Ensure all parts are included and nothing is damaged.
  3. The item should show no signs of wear and tear.
  4. If there's a seal, ensure it remains intact.
  5. Please return the item exactly as you received it.

Some items may need secure packaging to prevent damage during return shipping, which could affect your refund approval. Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our refund criteria. If everything checks out, we'll swiftly process your refund or provide a replacement.

While we're unable to refund purchases due to changes of mind or incorrect orders, we're more than happy to offer replacements. If your return doesn't fully meet our conditions, don't worry – we'll keep your item safe until you're ready to try again.

Can we exchange your item?

Absolutely! We want you to be delighted with every purchase you make with us. If you find that you need to exchange your item for any reason, we're here to assist you every step of the way. Our exchange policy covers situations such as receiving an incorrect or faulty product. However, please understand that we're unable to accommodate changes of mind.

To ensure a seamless process, please review the terms and conditions outlined above. Items that do not meet these criteria unfortunately do not qualify for store credit or exchange. Not to worry though, we'll keep them safe until you're ready to have them reshipped.

Simply reach out to us for the correct return address. Remember, to be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please send the product back within 30 days from the date of your order.

Lost or Stolen or Undelivered Order

If your order goes missing, is stolen, or doesn't arrive, rest assured that we're here to help! While refunds aren't possible in these rare situations, we're committed to making things right for you. We'll work closely with our shipping partners to investigate and locate your package. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, so we may even send you a replacement at no additional cost. Simply contact our friendly customer service team at support@modernaussies.com.au to initiate a reshipment. Did you receive a faulty product?

We're committed to ensuring your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable at Modern Aussies. If you've received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, don't worry—our team is here to assist you promptly.

Simply reach out to our friendly customer service team at support@modernaussies.com.au within 30 days of your order date. We'll guide you through the process and ensure everything is made right for you.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, we may kindly request a photo or video of the problem. Once we've identified the issue, we'll arrange a replacement for your original item. Please note that without a photo or video, we cannot proceed with a replacement or refund. 

If you discover a fault after the initial 30-day period, please still get in touch with us. We may ask you to send the item back for assessment. Please note, that items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Goods that are excluded for returns?

At Modern Aussies, we want every purchase to delight you! While we work hard to ensure your satisfaction, there are a few exceptions to our return policy. We are unable to accept returns for certain items unless the seal is intact, the item is faulty, or it differs significantly from what was advertised. This includes clearance items and purchases made with store vouchers, which are non-refundable.

We understand that personal preferences are important, but slight color variations, minor size differences, or personal scent preferences unfortunately fall outside our return policy.

However, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Do I pay shipping costs for the returns?

Returning items is easy! You cover the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service. If your order had Free Express shipping, we'll deduct the original shipping cost from your refund. Although our goal is to facilitate hassle-free returns, we cannot assume responsibility for any items lost during shipping.

Received a faulty product? We'll reimburse your return shipping after confirming the issue. Contact us at support@modernaussies.com.au to start the process.

Before returning, ensure you have the correct address from us. Items sent to the wrong address aren't eligible for refunds. Your satisfaction matters to us – reach out if you have any questions!
