Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery is free and generally takes 7–11 working days from dispatch.

Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available for $6.99 and generally takes 5–9 working days from the date of dispatch. This option includes priority packaging and faster handling.

Holiday Shipping Notice
During December, increased online shopping and carrier volumes may result in longer delivery times. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

Dispatch Time
- Express Shipping: Orders are processed and dispatched within 12–24 hours.
- Standard Shipping: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–72 hours.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear.

We deliver to Australia and New Zealand, including metropolitan and regional areas. Remote locations may experience longer transit times. We ship orders from both our Australian and international warehouses using trusted delivery partners. Orders are fulfilled from Australia and from our overseas stock facilities, depending on the product type and stock availability. All orders are processed promptly, quality checked, and include tracking details once shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the dispatch origin.

Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to an incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
