I don't have deep wrinkles or lines but I'm definitely starting to notice the ones I've had for a few years are getting deeper. I bought these after reading a few reviews on various brands. I have not used any other brand of silicone pads so this is my initial experience with them. I wore the under eye pads the first night. I noticed a difference immediately. I had no puffiness at all and my fine lines were completely gone. I worked for 8 hours and my eyes still weren't puffy; usually they'd be dark and tired looking after a long day. I started using the smile line pads and the forehead pad the next night. My laugh lines are definitely not nearly as noticeable and my fine crow's feet are non existent anymore. The forehead lines are more stubborn but they're slowly fading, especially the ones between my brows. They stick well as long as I clean them and let them dry every morning. After two weeks they definitely did not stay on as well though. I just bought my second set and hope to see more (gradual) results!
