I purchased this as a birthday gift. The person I bought it for is a boxer. He's currently rehabbing a torn bicep so this was perfect for him. It's low impact on his arm but he can keep up with his training. Highly recommend.

This boxing machine has been an amazing addition to our family! We have kids ages 6 to 15 and all of them are having tons of fun competing against themselves and each other. They are still getting to use their phones, but in a way that they are interacting with each other and having fun! Lots of laughs and some exercise! I really do recommend to keep the kids active!

My two children and I love this! Every time we walk into our weight room it is the first thing my daughter wants to use. The gloves are nice as well to provide extra protection while boxing, We really enjoy seeing how fast we can box and keep up with the light shifting. Great product! I even plan to buy one for my facility for my clients to use!

I did a lot of research on this and similar items. I was looking for durability, a good size and ease of installation without damaging the wall. This one hit the mark. It was easy to install, large enough for my 13 year old grandson, my daughter and son in law to use. I should mention that using this has bolstered my grandson's self esteem. Great quality and it really is fun for the whole family and helps to get them into shape.

I attached the velcro straps wrong since the instructions suggest a different method, and this thing STILL won't come off the wall! I haven't had to fear for my walls since the punch area is padded and the gloves aren't crappy thin ones. You can either leave it with the stock music and punch sounds, or connect bluetooth, or even mute it and just listen to something else on the background!

I also like that it detects the punches and moves the light to another circle whenever you hit it, so it matches your rhythm independent of the speed you have it set to.

The boxing machine arrived in a timely manner. It was very easy to set up and connect to the Bluetooth. It holds charge for a good amount of time. Would recommend to a friend.

The machine is great and it is good for my kids' exercise! There are different modes and you can also play your own music through the bluetooth.

This is a great way to train your mind, fire up your reflexes, and improve your accuracy. It keeps your mind flowing on the target and focused on the point. You could connect it to Bluetooth and turn up your speed. Imagine it like a Simon says game while focusing on that light being the target you hit. I use my own thin boxing gloves, but you could use the ones included in the package. They're not bulky, so they're fine. I just had my own, so I'll be giving those to my niece. I absolutely love that you could hang this just about anywhere as well. Just secure it well with the velcro tape they give you. I should have gone with my original plan to cut the velcro in an x shape or put four strips behind the unit instead of two extra-long pieces. The reviews show the long strips so you could adjust it. Depending on how level your wall is and the pressure of your punch, you will loosen the unit. I found mine on the floor. A good thing it is made well, so no damage was done. I just added more sticky velcro myself. It also comes with a huge panel sticker that you could apply as well. I decided to save that for a last resort. This way, if I decide to relocate the unit, I'll have that option as well. It's a great machine.

Kids love boxing and listening to music. Easy to adjust to different heights. Bluetooth capability is an added plus. Got it for a birthday present and it didnt disappoint.

I love this machine, I bought for my husband who has Parkinson's Disease because boxing is one of the best exercises for him. He gets on it and just goes!! It makes it fun to do the work that he needs to do to stay moving. It has graduating speeds and different modes so it is never boring.
