I bought this brush thinking I needed a brush with really strong bristles, as a gift for my girlfriend with really thick hair. This brush is her new favorite thing. She says the holes help dry her hair faster when using a blow-dryer. I've used it myself, even though I have super short hair, and it's shape and bristle endings are like a massage. It's pretty awesome and I would definitely recommend it for the price.
It's clearly made out of strong plastic and the bristles are metal and do not bend much. The brush handle is nice and comfortable even when you need to apply a tight grip. She now asks me to brush her hair when we're just idly spending time together, so prepare for that being a possibility. Great product.
Didn't know what it meant by sheerness, so I gave it a 4/5 out of confusion.

As soon as I used it twice, I bought 2 more. Girls/women in my family have shoulder-length hair and a lot of it. Few brushes are big enough to brush ALL the hair but this design is! The "tines" exactly the right firmness and length - they are not flimsy. This brush is convenient for allowing air through when blow drying, AND allowing water to fully rinse out conditioner in the shower. I have no idea how long this brush will last, but it feels sturdy. If these 3 last 6 months, I expect I will buy at least 3 more - one for every vehicle and bathroom at least - and maybe some for the kids.

I love this for blow drying my hair. I use a wet brush to comb out my just washed hair, but this brush I use for blow drying and flatironing my hair. The brush is big and can comb through a lot of hair, and I love that the bristles are firm. I don't like flimsy feeling brushes, I feel that they cause more tangled than help. I don't understand the magnet at the base of the handle.

I got this brush, hoping that it would be easier to use than my other brushes that I have been using. It did not disappoint. It has a really good feel when you are holding it, it is lightweight and it helps my hair dry faster with the vents in it. It is also great with tangles!! I really like this brush a lot.

Love the ease it glides through my hair. I have shoulder length, very thick hair. When I brush my hair, I always start brushing the bottom half of my hair first, to remove any tangles that could be difficult to get out if I start from the crown, brushing all tangled hair to the base. This brush is well made and I think anyone, at any age (I'm 72) would love the color, style and feel of this brush.

I have a lot of hair and every since I started going into menopause, my hair is wavy and gets tangles all of the time. This brush is so easy on the scalp while getting the tangles out. It normally takes me about 15 minutes to dry my hair. Drying time has been cut in half. THANK YOU!!!

Easy to hold, easy to use. This was meant for a six year old with a lot of hair (makes me jealous of all the hair she's got). She wakes up with a birds nest, and I've used so many different brushes to detangle (with detangled too mind you), and it always hurts her. So her stylist used one similar, and I found it to be better, it still hurts a bit, but so much easier than the brush.

This brush is more than I expected. I no longer have to use de-tangling products on my hair when brushing it out after a shower. It also doesn't collect as much hair in the bristles as my traditional profile brush. It took a little getting used to, but now I'll never go back to a traditional brush style.

I had hoped this would be a great detangler, but it is no better than any other brush I currently own. It also kind of hurts my scalp when I brush because the bristles are so firm and there is no give in paddle. I'm not in love with it. My hair is brushed though, and it is large enough to manage my mid-back length hair. I'll keep it in the car for emergency brushing.

The design makes this a nice styling tool that's easy to hold and let the heat from the hair dryer to get through the vents. My only issue was with the metal tab on the handle coming off but it doesn't seem to have a purpose anyhow so future brushes should just omit that.

Tried this several year ago and now have about 10 of them. This is the best brush I've ever used. It gets all the tangled out and u can get all the lose hair out of the brush. I've never had a brush u could clean so great. My girls have the thickest hair and it works great on them too.

Finally a brush that can get through my hair without taking an eternity! Someone was commenting that it rips your hair out because the bristles are stiff. Yes the bristles are stiff and that's what I needed! Other brushes can not get through my thick hair to get all the tangles out and this one can. Great brush

I use this for almost ALL of my hair-brushing, not just styling. I have very long hair. This is great for after-washing tangles or a quick run-through. Lacks a little in smooth a pony tail, but it's so great foe everything else. My favorite part is the shape fits my head and is really comfortable.

I have poker straight hair that mats if you look at to long lol but this definitely has Been a life saver it gets all the knots out without completely ripping my hair out! I had a different kind before this anf all the Bristles feel out but this one so far is amazing!

There was no "stretch" on this brush. Not even sure why it asked me to rate it on it's stretch as this wasn't the flexibile brush.. Bought this as an alternative to the brush L'ange sells for $20. Curved design fits the curve of my head. Vented like my paddle brush. Works great with my wet hair so that it doesn't stretch my strands while wet.

I took a chance on this brush since I wasn't sure about the bristles, but it turned out to be just what I was hoping for. It brushes nicely, and the bristles are bendable yet strong enough for a good brushing of my hair. I would recommend this brush for either long or short hair.

I've used a couple different brushes on my hair, flat, round, detangling, etc. I've used this a few times and it's light but strong, and is now my favorite everyday brush. The curvature looked weird at first but it actually does help go around your head so you don't have to brush as many times.

It is super lightweight and does not have that annoying second part that comes off when I used to brush my hair. The holes make it easy for water to leave and easy to clean. The curve makes the brush exactly fit the shape of your head and makes it feel like fairies are running their hands through your hair. This is the brush I never knew I needed. It conforms perfectly to my head and easily combs through. The closest I can get to a head massage! I was a bit scared that it would be too big for me, as I am 4'10, but light, easy to hold and again, perfect shape.

Was particularly looking for the Keratherapy brand (my hairdresser had used it on my hair) of the otherwise exact brush but I had difficulty finding it retail. As far as I know, this is identical and I love it. Glad I "took the chance" lol, plus it saved me about 8 bucks...a win-win! :)
