Those people didn't read the directions fully!!! 1) pour HOT WATER on spot. 2) the suction must be flat!!! (Duh!! WONT WORK UNLESS THE AREA IS FLAT Like a door panel. I don't understand why people give negative reviews when it's operator error bc they didn't read directions. Amazing gadget!!! This thing took all my minor dents out. Ya'll these legit worked. I fixed my dent on my trunk door after kicking it closed to fit my mom's wheelchair back there. I poured hot water (keurig water lol) on the metal then used the mini suction cups to pull it right out. Pop! It's done.

Can't believe this worked so well! I had this dent in my truck for years and when I finally got around to getting a repair estimate, I was quoted $600. I figured I would try this cheaper alternative first, and thankfully I did. I poured hot water on the dent for 10 seconds and tried the big suction cup. I didn't work and provided little suction. Then I used a small suction over the center of the dent and slowly pulled back and BAM! It was good as new.

The suction cups worked for me. I tried the big one first as it was a large area but I could not find enough flat area so I tried the two small cups at the same time and they worked. The result was not perfect but a lot better than it was.

We had a large dent in the side of our oven. We couldn't take it apart to try to push the dent out so I thought I'd give this a try. It was very easy to use. The suction was strong and pulled the dent right out. We did not even have to use the hot water method that is recommended in the instructions. Definitely money well spent.

It was very easy to use! Someone sat on my car and made a dent… just threw on some boiling water and the small black suctions and pulled the fat dent right out! It's not completely out but it is way better than before and I can live with that! I would 100% recommend this product if you can't just pop the dent out with your hand. Inadvertently backed my car into the washer in the garage, resulting in a big dent in the washer and causing problems during the spin cycle. I was able to use the suction cups to pull out the dented area. Worked perfectly. The larger one took me a few tries - just need to make sure that there are no perimeter gaps between the cup and the surface in order to create that vacuum. (Not sure if this technique helps, but, I also used a hair dryer and space heater to warm up the metal surface as seen in some YouTube videos.)

Hot water didnt help much, still couldnt remove most dents. Disappointed.
