Super great. Im a tattoo artist and my upper spine and neck are pretty ruined from 18 years of being hunched over doing my job and drawing. To top it off Im a stomach sleeper which also doesnt help. My neck was killing me for days I got a neck massager, I had a bamboo pillow which was kind of like memory foam. It was old and lumpy. I bought this one and my neck stop hurting immediately. It was weird at first it kind of looks like a starfish but you get used to it and its been great!! The relief is worth the money for the pillow for sure!
