This pillow was a pleasant surprise. It offers support to the neck both on your side and on your back. Either way; it offers proper alignment with your spine. It was a bit pricey; but my sleep is important to me and is worth it. I used an oversize pillow case made out of polyester and cotton to cover it. The odd shape made it more difficult to fit into a regular size pillow case. Excellent product in my opinion!

I have had issues with neck problems, headaches in the mornings and over all back issues due to bad pillows in the past. However this pillow has been heaven sent. It keeps my neck straight and level yet is still comfortable. I seen a difference the first night and really noticed how much I miss “my pillow†when we had an overnight stay without it and my neck hurt the next morning. It is perfect for side sleepers. Because of the raised area and dip it allows your neck to stay straight and level. Also the cut out areas on the side that gives your arm an area to rest properly is amazing.

Thus pillows offers multiple ways to use it and really cradles the neck. I purchased it for recovery after surgery to help keep my head elevated and encourage sleeping on my back. It's good quality, firm but not to firm. Good product for the price.

This pillow is great! I experienced neck and shoulder pain on and off for a year. Until I had the pain for almost 3 weeks without getting better despite doing exercises and getting a stand for my laptop. I tried this pillow and the pain in my neck and shoulders was gone the next day! I usually sleep on my side or belly and sleep much better since I use this pillow. The smell and the texture are great. It is possible to wash the outside of the pillow. Downside: my pillow cases look a bit weird around it, since it has this special shape to stabilize your neck/shoulder and it is not practical to bring when you travel by plane.

While I don’t experience pain or relief from pain using this pillow, I am finding it very supportive and very comfortable for both back and side sleeping. My only critique is that I have a King bed and there isn’t a king size option. So it is awkward on the bed. I put a king on top and a decor pillow in front. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.
